A clear route to a refund

1. Cancellation or rescheduling

If Svelte Summit 2026 is cancelled, or if the live event is rescheduled from November 19–20, 2026, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the virtual ticket, including tax charged on that ticket. You do not have to accept the replacement date, credit or another event instead.

We will tell purchasers using the order email address and provide instructions. If you do not receive them, email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and your Polar order reference.

2. Your statutory rights come first

This policy adds to, and does not restrict, rights you have under mandatory consumer law. That may include remedies where digital content or a digital service is not supplied, is defective or does not match its description, and any applicable right to withdraw from a distance contract.

Some jurisdictions make exceptions to withdrawal rights for dated events or for digital content supplied immediately after express consent and acknowledgement. An exception or loss of a withdrawal right applies only where all requirements of the law governing your purchase are satisfied. Nothing in this policy waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. How to request a refund

1. Use the refund or support route linked from your Polar receipt or order page. Polar is the merchant of record and reseller and makes the refund to the original payment method.
2. If you cannot locate the order, email [email protected]. Include your order reference, checkout email, purchase date and a short reason, but never send full card details.
3. Polar will confirm whether it needs more information and, where approved or required, process the refund. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit becomes visible.

4. Effect of a refund

When a full refund is issued, the virtual-ticket entitlement and ongoing recording access associated with that order are revoked. Access before the refund does not allow continued use, sharing or copying of the broadcast or recordings.
