How do I return later or use another device?
Enter the email used at checkout and we will send a short-lived, one-time verification link. After verification, access is saved securely in that browser.
Can I share my ticket?
No. One ticket is for one person. You may move between your own devices, but you may not share the ticket, verification links, player, or recording.
Can I watch after the conference?
Yes. Your ticket includes ongoing access to the recording, and you can replay it as many times as you want.
What happens if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?
You will receive a full refund through Polar. Other refund questions are handled through Polar without limiting your mandatory consumer rights.
